OCF: Pretlow spent $2,000.00 on ANC Campaign

OMG...I'm doing back-flips right now! Soon the general public will know that I dropped $2,000 on a local ANC Campaign. NEVER AGAIN!

Especially, when I turned out to be a LOSER (by having the lesser amount of votes). I might go up NW and spend that on a campaign, but never again in no WARD 8 CAMPAIGN! (lol love you Ward 8)
