Charmain Gray and Councilmember Harry Tommy Thomas, Jr
My overall position is that:
DCYAC Members are not allowed to speak their minds,

"I appreciate what you said. I hope people listening and watching understand what you said, how disingenuous it is to have a youth branch of government that cannot speak their minds. That's just the most disingenuous thing." (02h:12m:27s)
