Pretlow to appear @ Wilson Building Today!

Mr. Pretlow is scheduled to testify at the July 10th Youth Hearing at the Wilson Building. He is appearing as President of the DC Chapter, National Youth Rights Association. He's proposing a Reform of the Youth Advisory Council.
